Reminder – Space Precinct signing in FP Belfast tomorrow!

Gerry Anderson’s creations have entertained and delighted generations of kids, both his pioneering Supermarionation puppet shows and his live action sci-fi series, always with fabulous designs (that made oh such equally fabulous toys!). For many of us that love of all things Anderson is still built into us as adults, and for Forbidden Planet Belfast’s Connor Flanagan it’s now lead to him being a part of that history, as artist on a comics return of Anderson’s Space Precinct, along with Jamie Anderson (Gerry’s son), Chris Thompson and Andrew Clements. You can read a piece by Chris relating how the comic came into being, and how FP Belfast’s own Connor became the artist on it here on the Gerry Anderson site.

Space Precinct Reloaded will be launching in FP Belfast (52-54 Ann St) on Saturday 10th of February from 1 to 3pm, with Connor, Chris and Andrew all on hand to sign copies – sadly Jamie can’t be there, but he is pre-signing copies, so if you are there on the day you can still grab a copy signed by all of the creators! It’s a square-bound special at £7.99, and likely to be hard to get hold of later on, so if you are in town, do get yourselves down to our Belfast store on the 10th of Feb from 1 to 3pm to get hold of a copy. You can get in touch with FP Belfast and follow their latest news and staff recommendations on their own Facebook page and on their Twitter feed.
