The great, great Harvey Kurtzman:

Harvey Kurtzman, concept art, 1958. An idea inspired by Hieronymus Bosch, with devils and hell-spawn tormenting all but one guy, who thinks it’s a big kick. This is a surviving part of one of many concepts Kurtzman unfortunately never developed after his magazine Humbug folded, when he was pitching different ideas around and trying to stay afloat. This brilliantly rough sketch is found in Denis Kitchen’s great book The Art of Harvey Kurtzman.
