Time once more to take a look inside the new issue of 2000AD, Prog 1930, out on the 13th May…

Simon Davis delivers the cover. And as you might expect, it’s a corker, but then again, Davis’ art on Slaine is the real highlight of the strip.

Anyway, Prog 1930, where things are changing, a new Terror Tale to replace Orlok, and 2000AD says farewell to designer Pye Parr, whose strong design sense will be missed. (And rest assured, more than 4 people read the Damage Report weekly!)

So, inside this Prog we have the second part of the John Wagner and Richard Elson, Judge Dredd: Breaking Bud. A continuation of Sláine – Primordial by Pat Mills and Simon Davis, Grey Area by Dan Abnett and Mark Harrison, and Strontium Dog – The Stix Fix by John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra. The new strip is Terror Tales: Phase Shift by CB Harvey and David Hitchcock.

Now, art….
