Brendan McCarthy launches new site

The brilliant Brendan McCarthy drops us a line to let us know that he has a new and improved website up and running, featuring a smorgasbord of artwork from across his career in comics, television and film work. Unsurprisingly right now he is trumpeting some of his spectacular concept art for Mad Max: Fury Road, just as the film hits screens. I know that’s something Bren has worked on for many years (both art and writing and designing) before it finally came to fruition, a real labour of love. I¬†caught it at the weekend – ¬†utterly bonkers, but in the best possible way. Catch it on the big screen if you can.

Naturally there’s material from Bren’s other projects, including some of his notable comics creations, like Rogan Gosh (still looks fabulous, and a great example of Bren’s mastery of amazing colour techniques).

He’ll be adding more to it over time, but there’s already some very nice material online to browse through and enjoy, so one to add to your bookmarks.
