Upcoming, Preview, Comics….. a bit of everything from Dan Cox…

Originally this was going to be a mention of Dan Cox’s new book Wrong Songs. But visiting his website showed me I’d missed a fair bit of interesting stuff recently in my feed reader…. so this is a sort of catch up!

Dan Cox is the writer of a great, great comic – Hitsville UK (trust me – fab – here’s the review). He’s also the writer and artist of the fun Graveyard Cats (again review here).

Wrong Songs is available now for free at Issu. Or for a measly quid for an e-version from the shop. It’s Cox’s toddler comic, all about, well… Wrong Songs. It’s easier to show you than to tell you to be honest, but suffice it to say it looks a lot of fun….

There’s also some news on the much anticipated second issue of Hitsville UK, well, an image at least by artist John Riordan, but that’s something.

You can read Hitsville UK issue 1 here for free and get yourself a hard copy here. It really is very, very good you know (and yes, here’s a review link)

Next up is a little bit of rough pencil work from Cox’s Graveyard Cats issue 2:

And finally here’s something Cox wrote for artist Bob Molesworth’s portfolio. Something very Scooby Doo-ish… in fact, it is Scooby Doo… the final four pages of the story are at Cox’s site here.
