Rare glimpse of Bakshi making Fritz the Cat

Jerry at Cartoon Brew points us towards a YouTube presentation (in three parts) from a German documentary on Robert Crumb from the 70s with rare footage from behind the scenes in the studio where Bakshi and his team were making the animated film version of Fritz the Cat (yes, its German language for the voice over but if you don’t speak it just enjoy the visuals and the animation clips are in English):
