Heavy Metal

No, not the journal with the well-muscled heroes and heroines artwork but the musical variety. We’ve been hearing about a proper, hard-core metal band that features good, old-fashioned screaming guitars and pounding drums.

Okay, when did we get musical, you may be asking? Well since we heard a rumour that the man pounding those skins was none other than Simon Bisley, oft-imitated artist of Judge Dredd, Slaine, Lobo and an awful lot of others fame. And that Heavy Metal magazine too, come to think of it… See how seamlessly this all fits together?

You can’t say we don’t bring you a diverse range of news on the FPI Blog Logs! The Kaotika site has a mosher’s-eye view of one of the gigs. Could this be the best heavy team-up since the Angel Gang? We don’t know but we’ll keep you in the loop if we’re not too busy playing air-guitar.
